Routines that advance when you show up

ODDALoop is a free routine app built around one core idea: your routines advance by attendance, not by calendar. Instead of scheduling habits to specific days and racking up streaks you can lose, you build a "loop" — a repeating cycle of ordered stages (like Push/Pull/Legs for the gym, or Kitchen/Bathroom/Bedroom for cleaning). Each time you show up, you do the current stage, mark it done, and the loop advances to the next one, wrapping back to the start after the last stage. ODDA stands for Open, Do, Done, Advance.
