SoundBuddy is a native Mac menu bar utility for everyday audio. Choose your preferred microphone and enable optional Input Lock to keep the macOS default input selected while SoundBuddy is open. Call apps may use their own input settings. Add adjustable keyboard sounds, a quiet device connection popup and controls for supported paired Bluetooth devices. Battery availability depends on the device. Requires Apple silicon and macOS 14 or later. Paid one-time licence for one Mac, with internet required for licence checks. No free trial. Keyboard sounds across apps require Input Monitoring permission.
