Proximatic helps event organizers turn notes, roles, shifts and approved team availability into a schedule for event crews and volunteers. Organizers can build an event with AI, use Auto-Schedule to assign people, inspect coverage gaps, refine assignments, and publish when ready. Public event pages support signups and attendance check-in and check-out. Core event tools, algorithmic scheduling, signups and attendance are free. Each organization gets one AI-organized event per UTC month; up to eight additional AI tasks cost USD 2 each. Paid AI tasks include 50 event or series email credits until the end of the UTC month. Pro costs USD 16 per month per organization and includes 30 AI tasks and 1,000 email credits per paid billing period. Pro also supports Stripe-connected table reservations and team donations, with Stripe processing fees and no Proximatic cut. Proximatic is a web app by Proximal Coast LLC for event teams that need a practical roster based on the people and availability they provide.
