Live Face Swap is an online tool that uses AI to replace a face, hair, clothing or whole character in real time via your webcam. Users choose a built‑in reference look or upload an authorized image, enable the camera, and start a short transformation. The service runs entirely in the browser; no download is required. Once the live result appears you can record the transformed video, replay it, and save it locally. Microphone audio can be recorded but is not sent to the AI model. Access is limited to a closed pilot; generation requires an eligible tester account and consumes Xmax credits. The tool is intended for creative rehearsals, persona exploration, and experimentation, not for identity deception. Uploaded references go through safety checks and privacy policies apply. Current version does not provide integrations with OBS, virtual‑camera output, or video‑call apps, and quality, latency and stability are still being evaluated.
