Failed & Spam Order Cleaner for WooCommerce
E-CommerceClears the failed and pending orders a card-testing attack leaves in WooCommerce, trash first, with a report on who placed them.
by Mugees AhmedA card-testing attack can leave thousands of failed orders in one night. Bots push stolen card numbers through your checkout, most are declined, and every attempt leaves a failed or pending order behind. WooCommerce's Orders screen edits one page of orders at a time, so clearing tens of thousands means hundreds of rounds of select all and move to trash. Failed & Spam Order Cleaner does that clean-up for you in background batches that stop after a few seconds, so nothing times out and you can leave the page. How a clean-up runs: - Tick the statuses to clear (Failed, Pending payment, On hold, or Draft for abandoned checkouts) and set a date range. - Preview the matches, counted by status, with the newest orders' email, IP address and total. Nothing has changed yet. - Clean up. Orders go to WooCommerce's trash. Deleting them for good takes a ticked box and typing DELETE, and the server checks both again. - Read the attack report: how many orders, the time span they came in, and the distinct emails, IP addresses and countries behind them, with a CSV export. - Changed your mind? Restore the whole run from its report in one click. It leaves alone any order with a recorded payment date, orders linked to a WooCommerce Subscriptions subscription and orders from the last hour, when a customer may still be paying. On our test store we seeded 541 failed and pending orders, one of which had been paid, and the preview counted 540. What it won't do: it cleans up after an attack and doesn't block one. There's no CAPTCHA, rate limiting or fraud scoring, so pair it with a bot-blocking tool. It never blocklists an email or IP address, because attackers change both. Needs WooCommerce 8.2 or newer. $39 a year for one site, with a 14-day money-back guarantee.
