Compare Philippine franchises by fee, investment, royalty and payback

FranchiseNegosyo, found at franchisenegosyo.com, is a free web directory built for people in the Philippines who want to buy into a franchise rather than build a brand from nothing, and for OFWs who are saving abroad for a business back home. The product problem it tackles is messy comparison. Brands publish their terms in brochures, Facebook posts and expo flyers, each in a different shape, so every brand page on the site lays out the franchise fee, the total investment range, the royalty and the payback period in one fixed order, which lets a reader put two concepts side by side without a spreadsheet. Browsing works the way a buyer actually thinks: filter by budget, from food carts under 100,000 pesos up to full stores, by industry, by format such as kiosk, cart or dine-in, and by city. Every brand page carries a free request for a franchise advisor, and SagotFN, a small AI helper, answers questions using only what that brand page says. The Negosyo Map adds a location layer, showing where a brand and its competitors already trade so a buyer can spot crowded streets before signing a lease. Guides explain the numbers in plain words, including how payback periods are worked out.
