Appointure
ProductivityClients pick a slot in their own timezone, pay a Stripe deposit and get a reminder before the hour. Bookings on your own WordPress site.
by Mugees AhmedAppointure is a booking plugin for WordPress sites that sell appointments. The customer picks a date, then a time shown in their own timezone, answers any questions you added for that service and, if the service takes payment, pays the full price or a deposit through Stripe. We built it because agreeing one appointment by email takes about four messages, and when nobody has paid, a forgotten booking costs you the hour. Hosted booking services solve that for a monthly fee and keep your customers on their site. Appointure runs inside your own WordPress install on a yearly licence. What it handles: - Each service has its own length, start-time interval, buffers, minimum notice and booking window. - Staff members get their own weekly hours, and customers can pick a person or take any available staff. - An unpaid Stripe booking is cancelled automatically, so it never holds the slot. - Reminders go out by email, or by SMS and WhatsApp through your own Twilio account, and every message is logged. - Bookings sync both ways with Google Calendar, and online services get a Zoom or Google Meet link. - Logged-in customers get a My Bookings screen to reschedule or cancel within the rules you set. Pricing: $79 a year for one site, up to $199 for unlimited sites, with a 14-day money-back guarantee.
